On Sunday, June 28th 2026 at 3pm, the European Doctors Orchestra performs at City Hall Cork in a special fundraising concert in aid of our 50th Anniversary.
Led by conductor Neil Thomson, with acclaimed Irish violinist Mairéad Hickey as soloist, the programme features three orchestral masterpieces:
- Wagner – Einzug der Götter in Walhall (Das Rheingold)
- Sibelius – Violin Concerto in D minor
- Stravinsky – The Rite of Spring
From Wagner’s grandeur to Sibelius’ lyrical brilliance and Stravinsky’s powerful, rhythmically driven score, this promises to be a thrilling afternoon of world-class music in support of our work.
