“We worked close with Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind on a large onsite fundraiser. On the day we held a range of engaging and fun events from a quiz, virtual Crufts to a merchandise sale. There was great excitement and anticipation of their arrival with all our staff. The volunteers, guest speakers and staff were informative and insightful! We got an appreciation for the difference a Guide Dog and an Assistance Dog can make in a family’s life!”  - Sarah Beagan and Anna McCarthy, Pfizer Ireland Pharmaceuticals

H&MV Engineering – Annual Cycle

H&MV have been long term supporters of Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind and have been we have been their charity partner for the last 3 years for their annual fundraising cycle. Last year the teams across several countries to take part in a virtual charity event to continue their support for Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind as their charity partner.

PJ, John and all at H&MV have been hugely supportive of Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind for the last few years. We always look forward to the H&MV cycle event. It is well organised and enjoyable and it provides Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind with much needed funds and we are delighted to see the event taking place again this year.

We look forward to partnering once again together in 2021 with the hope of a return to the traditional cycling event which is thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Luke & Kain

Luke is still non-verbal but when I see him smiling down at Kain it shows me he doesn’t need words to express how happy he is.

Kim & Jango

Meeting Jango was one of the best moments of my life. He’s a beautiful big cuddly dog with the personality to match. From the moment I met him I knew we were going to be best buddies.

Shauna & Esme

When I needed a hand, I found a paw.

Conor & Quelda

When Conor is with Quelda he smiles and is comfortable being out and about which is such an amazing gift – we never leave home without her. She has changed all of our lives.

Aran & Buttons

Being a Guide Dog Owner is such a privilege and positive experience. Buttons has enhanced my life in so many ways and I will always be grateful for that.
