Training Centre Volunteer Opportunities

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed volunteers to ensure we main a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our dogs, staff, and visitors. Volunteering with us offers the opportunity to make a real difference, gain new skills, and become part of a passionate and supportive community and onsite team.

Maintenance Crew Volunteers

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform small to medium maintenance tasks and garden care around the Training Centre

  • Assist with general upkeep, ensuring the Centre remains safe and well-maintained

  • Possess or be willing to develop basic handy-person skills

  • Work collaboratively and communicate maintenance needs effectively

  • Report back on any larger maintenance works

We are especially seeking individuals with leadership potential who possess organisational skills alongside the practical abilities listed above. Volunteers will be provided with an allocated workspace and access to necessary maintenance tools to carry out tasks safely and efficiently.

Kennels Domestic Volunteers

We are seeking Domestic Volunteers to ensure our kennels are a clean, healthy, and positive environment for our dogs and team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the flow of laundry from the kennels and dog training areas

  • Light cleaning tasks

  • Contributing to the overall cleanliness and wellbeing of the kennel environment
