Delphi

Delphi is a loving, affectionate puppy who adores being around people and will happily shower her family with cuddles. In return, she's looking for a home where she'll receive plenty of love, attention, and companionship.

Delphi thrives in company, so we're searching for a home where someone is around for most, if not all, of the day. She forms strong bonds with people and finds being left alone for extended periods difficult. Delphi can also become overwhelmed in busy or demanding environments. As a result, she will flourish in a calm, patient home where she can settle at her own pace, free from pressure or expectations.

Delphi has a strong tendency to eat faeces (coprophagia), and this is a well-established behaviour that has been present since she was very young. She will seek out both her own and other dogs' faeces, both at home and while out on walks, so she will need close supervision in these situations. Her new family should be prepared to manage this behaviour by keeping the garden clean, preventing access to faeces where possible, and using positive reinforcement to redirect her attention. For this reason, we are looking for a home with no other dogs and no young children.

It is important to note that Delphi is not yet neutered as she is too young. 

Personality

Delphi is still a young puppy and is learning about the world around her. She will need a family who are committed to using gentle, positive reinforcement methods and who are willing to help build her confidence at a pace that suits her. She enjoys exploring, playing, and spending quality time with her people, and she will thrive with a predictable routine that helps her feel safe and secure. With patience, consistency, and plenty of encouragement, Delphi has all the makings of a wonderful lifelong companion.
