How Hector changed young Eoin's life....

Eoin Neglia was diagnosed with autism when he was three years old. Demand for our Assistance Dogs was so high, he had to wait three years before Assistance Dog Hector came into his life in March 2011. Since then, Eoin's world has changed dramatically, as his mum Rachel explains...

Eoin has always been attracted to animals, but he doesn't really know how to socialise with other children so he doesn't really have any friends. He isn't lonely, but he is very much an alone child.
