Inaugural IGDB Medal for Social Justice & Responsibility Awarded

Joe Gilligan was presented with the inaugural IGDB Medal for Social Justice and responsibility in memory of Gerry Haugh by Irish Guide Dogs Chairman, Alan Dukes.
News Content:

Gerry Haugh a teacher at Belvedere College was instrumental in setting up the Belvedere Block Pull.


The event  has raised hundreds of thousands of euros for Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind over the past 20 years.
The award is in honour of Gerry who died suddenly last year.
