Show and Tell at Services Day

Author: Niamh Daly
Date: Wednesday 23 June, 2010

Today was an incredibly busy day.  It was our Services Information Day here at the Centre and just over seventy people attended! When we host events like this - where potential clients come by to see what we do - it normally means we host a Kennels Tour.  For us, this means giving tours of the main kennels, puppy block and the new pod building. We like to show our visitors the different breeds of dogs we have in training such as German Shepherd Crosses, Labradoodles and Retrievers for example.

We bring the dogs out to say hello and answer any questions people may have about the dogs.  Alongside this, we also have to carry out the normal daily routine of new dogs coming in for boarding, breeding stock arriving at the centre for mating and making sure that the dogs get the very best of care they're used to on every other day!  So, as you can imagine, it was a very, very busy day!  PS.  We took lots of photographs which we'll include on our Blog tomorrow when we get them from our photographer, so do visit again.
