Since 1986, Belvedere College students have gone the distance for charity, raising over €1.5 million through their Block-pull trek from Dublin to Galway. This year's inspiring group of forty are walking for Temple Street Children's University Hospital and Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.

By then, they would have walked the following route, doing collections along the way:

Monday, 21 June - Naas to Monasterevin
Tuesday, 22 June- Monasterevin to Mountmellick
Wednesday, 23 June - Mountmellick to Kilbeggan (via Tullamore)
Thursday, 24 June - Kilbeggan to Athlone
Friday, 25 June - Athlone to Ballinasloe

They will set out on Sunday morning at the unearthly
